Presenter Bio
Ortis has been obsessed with all things gadget-esque since he was a kid when he was a massive sci-fi movie fan. In more recent years, he has been a massive fan of The Gadget Show and describes becoming the show’s new presenter as ‘a dream come true for any committed geek’.
But this isn’t Ortis’s first time on tecchy TV – he worked on science shows ‘Xperimental’ and ‘Why 5’ and even worked on classic tech show ‘Tomorrow’s World’.
Ortis’s resolution for 2009 is to get to know his snowboard and motorbike a lot more intimately. When Ortis is taking time off from gadgetry, he can be found drowning in his 6000+ comic-book collection or trying to perfect his kung fu skills.
